Here's Why 30+ Years in Tree Care Matters

30 years. ISA certified. Fully insured. Local to your neighborhood...
Body
Hi {{ subscriber.first_name | default: "there" }},
A lot of homeowners don't know what to look for when choosing an arborist. So here's what matters—and why Sperry stands out:
ISA Certification Means We Know What We're Doing
Our arborists are certified by the International Society of Arboriculture. That's not a rubber stamp—it means we've studied tree biology, safety standards, and best practices. More importantly, it means we're held accountable. We know trees. Your trees specifically.
30+ Years Serving Lane and Benton Counties
We've been doing this since before most of your neighbors moved in. We know your soil, your climate, the storms that roll through here, and what trees actually thrive here. We're not learning on your property. We're home here.
Fully Insured. Locally Owned. Built on Integrity.
We carry full insurance because accidents happen—and you shouldn't bear that risk. We're family-owned and operated, not a national chain franchising cookie-cutter solutions. When you call us, you get real people who've been with Sperry for years.
That's what our clients tell us matters most: reliability, craftsmanship, and knowing we actually care about getting it right.
When you're ready to move forward, we are too.

We're not a national chain. We're your neighbors. And we're certified...
Body
Hi {{ subscriber.first_name | default: "there" }},
A lot of people ask: what makes Sperry different? Here's the honest answer.
ISA Certification — What It Actually Means
Our arborists are certified by the International Society of Arboriculture. It's not a checkbox—it's a commitment to continuing education, safety standards, and arboricultural best practices. When we look at your trees, we're applying decades of science and experience, not guesswork.
30+ Years in Your Neighborhood
We've been serving Lane and Benton Counties since before most people thought about tree care as a profession. We know your soil. We know your weather patterns. We know what storms roll through here and how your trees respond to them. We're not here to learn—we're here to deliver results we've honed for generations.
Locally Owned. Family-Operated. Built on Hard Work.
We're not a national franchise or a corporate chain. We're a family-run business where integrity and craftsmanship aren't just words—they're how we operate every single day. When you call us, you get real people who actually care about your property and your peace of mind. We're fully insured because we respect you enough to carry that responsibility ourselves.
We Show Up.
In our line of work, you learn fast that reliability builds trust. We don't make excuses. We schedule when we say we'll schedule. We work clean. We communicate clearly. We finish what we start. That's the Sperry way.
That's why Club members trust us with their trees—and their peace of mind.

Dead limbs, crowding, storm damage—and when to call us...
Body
Hi {{ subscriber.first_name | default: "there" }},
Spring brings new growth—and new challenges for your trees. Here's what Club members should watch for in the coming weeks:
Dead Limbs & Branch Dieback
As your trees leaf out, look for branches that stay bare. Dead limbs can fall without warning, especially after storms. If you spot them, it's time to call. We'll remove them safely and prevent future hazards.
Crowding & Low-Hanging Branches
Spring is a great time to thin crowded growth and raise up low-hanging branches that are in the way of your roof or views. Proper pruning improves tree health and safety.
Signs of Storm Damage
Winter and early spring storms can weaken trees in ways you don't see until later. Cracks in the trunk, split branches, or trees that lean differently than they used to are red flags. We can assess and stabilize before it becomes a problem.
When to Call (and When to Wait)
If you see anything hazardous—branches over your house, trees leaning into power lines, or visible damage—call us right away. For routine pruning or preventive work, spring is ideal, and as a Club member, you'll get priority scheduling.
Unsure what you're looking at? Send us a photo or describe what you're seeing. We're here to help.
Rob Miron

P.S. If anything on this list sounds familiar, we'd love to come take a look. No charge for the evaluation.
